- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Sesame or poppy seeds
