1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mira Cake Dubai's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Mira Cake Dubai provides custom cake design and baking services including:

• Wedding cakes
• Birthday cakes
• Corporate cakes
• Custom celebration cakes
• Cupcakes and desserts

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Placement

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or phone
• Custom cake orders require a minimum of 3-7 days advance notice depending on complexity
• Wedding cake orders require at least 2-4 weeks advance notice
• Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees

3.2 Deposits and Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order
• The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash
• All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• 7+ days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund (ingredients already purchased)
• Wedding cakes: Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event

5. Delivery

• We deliver throughout Dubai and UAE
• Delivery fees vary based on location and cake size
• Customer must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Someone must be present to receive the delivery
• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances

6. Product Quality

• All cakes are freshly baked using premium ingredients
• Cakes should be consumed within 2-3 days of delivery
• Store cakes in a cool, dry place or refrigerate
• We accommodate dietary requirements (gluten-free, egg-free, etc.) upon request
• Allergen information is available upon request

7. Design and Customization

• We strive to match your design requests as closely as possible
• Slight variations in color and design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products
• Reference images are guides; final products are original creations
• Design changes after deposit may incur additional charges

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Mira Cake Dubai. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our designs for commercial purposes
• Use our photos without written permission
• Claim our work as your own

9. Limitation of Liability

Mira Cake Dubai shall not be liable for:

• Damage to cakes after delivery has been completed
• Allergic reactions if allergen information was not requested
• Losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by customer
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
