- 2 cups fine semolina
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla

- For syrup: 1½ cups sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp rose water
