🥄 Ingredients
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- ½ cup sugar (for caramelizing)
- 2 tbsp sugar (for milk)
- 3 tbsp fresh yogurt (starter)

Caramelize ½ cup sugar until deep amber, add 2 tbsp water carefully.

In another pan, boil milk and reduce to ¾ original volume.

Add caramelized sugar to hot milk, stir to dissolve completely.

Add remaining sugar, cool to lukewarm.

Mix in yogurt starter thoroughly.

Pour into clay pots (bhaar) or glass bowls.

Cover and keep in warm place for 8-10 hours to set.

Refrigerate before serving.

Serve chilled in the clay pots.
