🥄 Ingredients
- Shaved ice
- 2 tbsp sweet red beans (munggo)
- 2 tbsp sweet white beans
- 2 tbsp macapuno strings
- 2 tbsp nata de coco
- 2 tbsp kaong (palm fruit)
- 2 tbsp jackfruit, sliced
- 2 tbsp sweetened saba banana
- 2 tbsp ube halaya (purple yam jam)
- Leche flan slice
- Ube ice cream
- Evaporated milk
- Pinipig (puffed rice) for topping

In tall glass, layer sweet beans, coconut strings, nata de coco, and kaong.

Add jackfruit and saba banana.

Fill glass with shaved ice.

Top with ube halaya, leche flan, and ube ice cream.

Pour evaporated milk over ice.

Sprinkle with pinipig.
