- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 large eggs for filling
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup butter for filling
