🥄 Ingredients
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- ¼ cup rice, soaked and ground to paste
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of saffron in 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- Edible rose petals for garnish

Boil milk in heavy pan, stirring to prevent skin.

Add ground rice paste, stirring constantly.

Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens (15-20 mins).

Add sugar, cardamom, and saffron.

Cook 5 more minutes, then add rose water.

Pour into clay pots (shikoras) or bowls.

Top with nuts and rose petals.

Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
