- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 100g flour
- For soufflé:
- 200g butter
- 200g condensed milk
- 20g gelatin
- 4 egg whites
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- For glaze:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g butter

Make thin sponge: beat eggs with sugar, fold in flour. Bake at 180°C for 10 mins.

Bloom gelatin in cold water.

Beat butter with condensed milk until fluffy.

Heat gelatin until dissolved, add to butter mixture.

Beat egg whites with sugar to stiff peaks.

Fold whites into butter mixture with vanilla.

Place sponge in mold, pour soufflé on top.
