- 100g butter
- 150g sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 400g flour
- For the cream:
- 800g sour cream (20% fat)
- 200g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
