  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar for filling
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted for filling

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

    Add milk and butter. Knead until smooth.

    Rise 1 hour until doubled.

    Roll to 9x18 inch rectangle.

    Brush with melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.

    Roll tightly from short side.

    Place in greased 9x5 loaf pan.

    Rise 45 minutes.
