- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

Mash bananas with melted butter.

Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.

Stir in baking soda and salt.
