  • 400g puff pastry or croissants, torn
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts)
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

    Toast puff pastry pieces in oven at 180°C until golden.

    Spread in a baking dish with nuts, raisins, and coconut.

    Heat milk with sugar and vanilla until sugar dissolves.

    Pour milk mixture over pastry, let soak 5 minutes.

    Top with heavy cream.

    Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until top is golden and bubbly.
