- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- Banana leaves, cut into squares
- For filling:
- 1 cup grated coconut
- ½ cup jaggery, grated
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Boil water with salt, add rice flour, stir to form dough. Cool.
