🥄 Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
- Ghee for frying
- For rabri:
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk
- 2 tbsp rose water
- For garnish:
- Sliced almonds
- Pistachios
- Edible silver leaf

Reduce milk to half by simmering and stirring constantly.

Add sugar, cardamom, and saffron, cook 5 more minutes.

Add rose water, set aside to cool slightly.

Cut bread into triangles.

Fry in ghee until golden on both sides.

Arrange fried bread in serving dish.

Pour warm rabri over bread, let soak.
