Besan Ladoo (ਬੇਸਣ ਲੱਡੂ)
Melt-in-mouth gram flour laddoos - a Diwali and Lohri favorite.

🥄 Ingredients
- 2 cups besan (gram flour), sieved
- 1 cup ghee
- 1¼ cups powdered sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Heat ghee in heavy kadai.

Add besan and roast on low-medium heat, stirring constantly.

Roast until besan turns golden and releases aroma (20-25 mins).

The ghee will start separating from besan when done.

Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.

Add powdered sugar, cardamom, and nuts. Mix well.

When cool enough to handle, shape into round ladoos.

Garnish with a piece of pistachio on top.
