🥄 Ingredients
- 1 kg red carrots, grated
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup khoya
- ½ cup ghee
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ cup cashews
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 2 tbsp charoli

Cook carrots in milk on medium heat until milk is absorbed (45 mins).

Stir frequently to prevent sticking.

Add sugar and cook until dissolved.

Add ghee and cook until carrots release ghee.

Add crumbled khoya and mix well.

Fry all nuts and raisins in a little ghee.

Add half the nuts to halwa with cardamom.

Garnish with remaining nuts.
