🥄 Ingredients
- 1 cup rava (semolina)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2½ cups water
- ½ cup ghee
- Pinch of saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 2 tbsp raisins
- Orange or yellow food color (optional)

Roast rava in 2 tbsp ghee until fragrant. Set aside.

Boil water with sugar until dissolved.

Add saffron and food color to sugar water.

Add roasted rava slowly, stirring to avoid lumps.

Cook until rava absorbs water and becomes thick.

Add remaining ghee in batches, mixing well.

Add cardamom.

Fry cashews and raisins in ghee, add on top.

Serve warm.
