- For crepes:
- ½ cup rice flour
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup semolina
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- For filling:
- 1 cup grated coconut
- ½ cup khoya
- ½ cup jaggery, grated
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Make filling: cook coconut and jaggery until dry. Add khoya and cardamom. Cool.

Mix crepe ingredients to make thin batter. Rest 15 minutes.

Heat non-stick pan, pour thin layer of batter.

When set, add line of filling on one side.

Roll up tightly like a spring roll.

Remove and keep covered.

Repeat with remaining batter and filling.

Serve at room temperature or slightly warm.
