  • 1 tsp yogurt
  • ½ tsp turmeric (for color)
  • Water as needed
  • Ghee or oil for frying
  • For syrup:

  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Few saffron strands
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
