  • 1 cup raw rice flour
  • ½ cup jaggery, grated
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds (optional)
  • Ghee for frying

    Dissolve jaggery in ½ cup water, strain.

    Mix rice flour with jaggery water to make thick batter.

    Add coconut, cardamom, and cumin if using.

    Pour batter to fill cavities ¾ full.

    Cook on low heat until edges start to brown.

    Flip and cook other side until golden.

    Drain excess ghee and serve warm.
