- ¼ cup basmati rice, soaked 2 hours and ground
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of saffron in 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp almonds, blanched and sliced
- 2 tbsp pistachios, sliced
- Rose petals for garnish
