- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt

Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan over medium heat.

Add cream and bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Transfer to mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar.

Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and salt.

Use while still warm for spreading.
