- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 lbs apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, toasted
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Mix flour and salt. Add egg, water, and oil. Knead until smooth.

Rest dough 30 minutes.

Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.

Stretch dough paper-thin on floured cloth.

Brush with butter, sprinkle breadcrumbs.

Add apple filling to one edge.

Roll up using cloth to help, place seam-down.
