  • 100g flour
  • For soufflé:
  • 200g butter
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 20g gelatin
  • 4 egg whites
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • For glaze:
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter

    Beat egg whites with sugar to stiff peaks.

    Place sponge in mold, pour soufflé on top.

    Refrigerate until set (4 hours).

    Melt chocolate with butter, pour over cake.
